Fresh food catered by Downriver CTE students

Riverview’s Culinary Arts Program now offers catering for party events, luncheons, or weekly office luncheons. Menu items include soups, sandwiches, salads, pastas, appetizers, breads, and desserts.  Various speciality menus may be accommodated, such as low-calorie, various ethnic themed offerings, and even smoked/BBQ grilled items.  Baked goods including muffins, breakfast breads, cookie trays, or cakes produced by program students are available.

Riverview High School hosts the Culinary Arts Program through Downriver and Career and Technical Consortium. Students from seven area school districts are able to enroll and learn Culinary Restaurant Management, Advanced Culinary, and Advanced Baking skills. Riverview Culinary also has a Cooking Club that offers catering for the evenings or occasional weekends.
